Do you do samples?
As we have no minimum order quantity we do not do samples.

Can I come to visit your store?
Yes, we would be delighted to see you. Our Luton studio is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at The Block House, 24 to 26 Clarendon Road, Luton, LU2 7PQ. However please do give me a ring on 01582 729491 to confirm an appointment so I can be sure to be there to help you.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are posted out daily from our Luton Studio and typically take:
Within the UK: 1-2 working days (by 1st class post or courier service)
Outside the UK: 5-15 working days (by Standard Untracked Airmail)

What is your return policy?
