To order a complete hat, add your chosen style to the cart, then select a fur felt capeline from the appropriate section (due to the size of this hat shape it is only suitable to be made in a HUSST fur felt capeline) — before completing checkout. If ordering more than one piece, complete checkout as normal, then wait for an automated confirmation email. Please respond directly to the confirmation email — in your correspondence specify the felt colour and type for each shape (eg. Dear Fred, 526 in teal velour and 657 in mustard wool - thanks a bunch! Polly).
All hats (except saucers) are made with a standard head fitting of 57cm. We can make this larger or smaller at the time of manufacture. Please select your preferred “Head Size” from the drop down menu. There is a £8 charge for the additional work of adjusting the hat body from the standard head fitting.
Finished hats will be dispatched seven days from placement of order.
